There’s a lot going on in our kitchen on a daily basis: our chicken is received fresh every single day, our fruits and vegetables are carefully handpicked daily, and if that wasn’t enough, our buns, baguettes, multi-cereal miche breads and soft rolls are freshly baked every day. It’s all about bringing you the freshest and safest food possible.

DESSERTS AND SAUCES PREPARED IN-HOUSE
We make our signature desserts (including ice creams), and sauces in our own Central Kitchen to properly control consistency, freshness and quality. It’s how we bring you delicious, safe food we hope you’ll fall in love with!

FOOD SEGREGATION
We separate our raw and prepared foods, and we do it for a very specific reason: preventing cross-contamination and the spread of bacteria. This involves carefully managing the flow of our products & ingredients in and out of the Central Kitchen and restaurants. What’s more, several ingredients are used in specific dedicated zones, with their own pieces of equipment and utensils.

Pasteurized Eggs
Our Oreo Cheesecake is made with pasteurized eggs for extra safety. Pasteurization involves heating the eggs before cooling them down to remove any risk of food-borne illnesses.

We conduct over 200 food safety trainings every year, making sure our employees fully adhere to the principles of good food hygiene. It’s all done with one simple goal in mind: keeping you in good hands.
